This notice covers information submitted to ARC ONE Intelligence through this website. ARC ONE Intelligence is a capability of SAS Global X.

Information we collect

We collect only the details you provide in the briefing request form: contact name, work email, organization, sector, protection objective, geographic focus and the context you choose to share. We ask that you do not submit classified, controlled or operationally sensitive information through this site.

How we use it

Submitted details are used to assess the request, arrange a capability briefing and establish secure communication where appropriate. We do not sell inquiry information.

Operational data

Data produced by a deployed ARC ONE capability is handled under the customer specific architecture agreed in writing. Collection scope, retention periods and access controls are configured per deployment and are subject to applicable law, authorization and customer security requirements.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed for the engagement or as required by law, then deleted.
